 AwfulNOT RECOMMENDED! At first, I was very excited to do business with this company. The photos they displayed were colorful and full of life. The owners were personable and friendly (a good trait to have to pull in business). I FEEL TRICKED into trusting this company because of the wonderful way we started to do business. If youre looking for a trustworthy company and flowers full of color and life, please save yourself a headache and do not work with this company! On my wedding day, I was surprised to find that my girls nosegays were filled with flowers that I did not order and the table arrangements were full of greenery (rather than flowers). After looking at photos of my wedding (getting angrier and angrier every time) I confronted the company about this issue and nothing was solved. The amount of havoc that was caused (emotionally) and the amount of incorrect orders that were fulfilled were 50% of our agreement. I wanted 50% back…that’s 50% of memories that will never be replaced. The company did not refund me and had no sympathy for their mistakes. As a bride, you want everything to be perfect, especially if youre willing to spend the money on it. Every time I look at my photos, Im very disappointed…not only about the display of arrangements, but disappointed about the customer service I received. (These words were quoted from a dear friend who is too sweet to post negative comments about this company.  AwesomeI don’t know if I can find words to speak highly enough of AquaFuzion and its fabulous wedding coordinators, Debbie and Sandy. My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams in beautiful Dana Point, California this summer with the help of Debbie and Sandy at AquaFuzion. The day was simply incredible and we will never forget it. As our way to “give back”, we would like to recognize AquaFuzion for their talents in helping us with our wedding planning—from designing our ideal invitations and programs to expertly and professionally coordinating our wedding day. Debbie at AquaFuzion has a wonderful reputation and it is well-deserved. She is friendly and on top of things—I relied on her for most of everything and knew she would execute everything flawlessly. That day, if anything needed to be taken care of with any of the vendors, Debbie was in charge and she went above and beyond the call of duty. I had no worries with her next to me all night. When one of my vendors bailed less than a month before the wedding, Debbie came to the rescue and helped me find a new vendor within a day. She also did a great job of working within our budget and communicating about beautiful and creative ideas. Now that our wedding has come and gone, we realized how much money AquaFuzion helped us save. It’s amazing! Debbie and her excellent staff are worth their weight in gold. AquaFuzion’s impeccable event planning service, creativities, and talents are top notch. It is an enormous pleasure for my husband and me to highly recommend AquaFuzion as your event planner. AwesomeMy wedding in March this year was a great and stress free experience. Debbie from Aquafuzion has created our dream wedding for my husband and I. She has awesome taste and unbelievable creativity. Out of all the event planners we have interviewed before our wedding, Debbie was the only one who was most sensitive to our needs. Anything you could think of from invitation & program design, floral arrangement, decoration, coordinations......, you name it, she could do it, and she does it well.
