 AwesomeThank you Apex Decor for doing a phenomenal job in providing tasteful and jaw-dropping decor for our winter wonderland themed wedding that left every guest in absolute awe. The dreamy ceiling swags, beautifully-lit birch trees, and sheer wall draping added such timeless elegance to the ceremony and reception ballroom. The flowers were so fresh and perfect in bouquets and centerpieces. Guests have complimented that stepping into the decorated rooms felt like stepping in a fairytale land that you only see in storybooks. It has been three months and people are still talking about it. All of this would not have been possible without Alice, Hilary, Malise and staff. They understood our vision, helped us to come up with a design, and communicated it to the decor team for perfect execution. No details were missed and Malise's valuable advice makes her the best event decorator we have ever worked with, and the only we would refer our friends and family to. AwesomeWe shopped around 3 - 5 flower shops before signing with APEX. We were very happy with their overall package. We got a combination of chair covers, flowers and backdrop. The flowers were very fresh and filling. I was very happy how the backdrop and drapery came out. The lady-owner, Hillary was a very accomendating individual....  Awfulbad customer service, not trusty company, all the flower not fresh when we pick it up, they told us that was fresh, just because of last minutes we have to take it, everyone come to my wedding talk about how bad the flowers was, make me and my wife feel so terrible, this flower shop advertise 7000Sqf show room was not true. Awfulthey mislead me n my fiance that they had knowledge of the restaurant that we were gonna do our reception at. they lured us into ordering extra decors and flowers that the restaurant already had. and when we found out they denied that they knew about it and refused to pay us back in full. they offered to pay us only half and the other half in credit. we of refused the offer, why would we want to credit almost $400 with them- we don't even want to deal with or see their faces anymore.
