banquet venues :: Dynasty Chinese Seafood Restaurant

I have coordinated a wedding here and have gotten reviews from a handful of other brides who did their banquets here--all the experiences consistently reported on the absolutely TERRIBLE service at this restaurant. In my own experience as a coordinator, the staff was disorganized (they couldn't tell me where our decoration and other supplies were), rude, and actually argued with the bride and groom at the end of the night. I had told them to pack up all the leftover food to give to the couple at the end of the night so they could actually eat. At the end of the night they said I'd never told them that and that they didn't save anything. Even if I hadn't given them specific instructions, what Chinese restaurant doesn't automatically pack up the extras from a banquet?

I would advise any bride to stay far away from this restaurant--there are many more Chinese banquet venues to choose from in the bay area that won't treat you so rudely.

P.S. I believe you have the address wrong for this restaurant. It should be at 10123 Wolfe Road in Cupertino and not in San Jose.
