Does this place even exist anymore? I have been trying to call for the past week and no one picks up! I have 2 albums to pick up from them!!! Please help!!

DON"T GO TO THIS PLACE!!! You will be very disappointed. Sammy the manager and make-up artist tells you on the day of your wedding to feed and tip the photographer and videographer. Did that on good faith and the pictures and video turned out to be very disappointing. They also messed up my pre-wedding outdoor pictures--the photos in the book were not in the order that I told them to do. Evelyn who took my business tried to blame it on me and did not want to take responsbililty. Tony the photographer is cold and distant. DON"T TRUST THIS PLACE TO TAKE MEMORIES OF THE MOST IMPORTANT DAY OF YOUR LIFE.

I would only highly recommend Sammy. she was amazing as my makeup artist. My makeup and hair looked great for my studio, outdoor & wedding day. She can do any hair styles that I've requested. My pictures and came out great. I loved them. she were great to work with.... but it seems she is the only one working at the stores.... the other ppl never nows anything evertime I call to ask for my stuff they always says (I don't know, is not ready, I'm not sure, I have to ask sammy or I tell her to call you back) she does everythjing there.....the one that fix the dresses she is always sick, she was sick everytime I get there for my pictures and same in my wedding day..
show me her sick face and didn't have my stuff ready Aki is Ok she look like she wants to help but after she writes down your info there is never response, so I only recomend to go there for make up and look for Sammy

I got married in 2006 and I am still waiting for my album! I keep calling and calling and they keep saying they will call me back when they have it, but they never do. They refuse to give me the CD with all the pictures on it until I pay in full, which I cannot do since they never have my album ready. If I could get the CD, I would forget about the album since it has taken them 2 years already! I recently just had a baby already and still have not gotten my album. Their service is terrible. Don't go there!

Eternal is a mixed bag. On the one hand, they provide a great value if priced on an hourly basis. The photographer isn't terribly creative but the pictures/poses are still a cut above what you get at most photo studios.

On the other hand, the service is slow and worse, the photo finishing is terrible--prints come out with blueish casts, or badly exposed. Finally, they seem to shoot everything at very low resolutions. This means the small pictures look fine, but when you get a 16x20 or larger, the pictures look blurry (and cheap), which is a pretty huge problem if you're looking for a high quality picture to hang in your house for the next twenty five years.

If you do end up going here, I suggest asking the photographer to shoot everything at the highest resolution. And then prepare to do a whole lot of waiting.

This place is indeed awful and very unprofessional. If I can do it over again, I would not go with Eternal Love Studio. I signed up for the wedding package (indoor pictures, outdoor pictures, dresses..etc) without knowing much about this place. They seem nice enough but their work is very sloppy. I have never met the owner before and I still don't know who the owner is! Tony seems to be the only photographer there. My indoor pictures were ok, and I didn't like my outdoor pictures at all. They will never never refund $$ to you no matter what!! Their policy is - sign the contract and if you are not satisfy, they don't care. Their dress selections are poor. My bridemaid couldn't find a dress that fit here and there's nothing they can do about it. They forced you to choose dresses that you don't even like!!

Over a year ago, I purchases a $400 prom dress from them. They said it would be available in three weeks. After three weeks, we called only to find out they meant 8-12 weeks. Seeing that prom was soon, we were misinformed and told them we don't have the time for their mistakes. They repeated that it'll be here and yadda yadda. So my mum and I went back, only to find out they had charged us an unreasonable amount for speed delivery. We were not told that there was an extra fee, nor that we opted for speed delivery. They implied we were liars and said they called and confirmed these actions with ME, and that I agreed to the fee. I was beyond irritated. I know who i have my conversations with and they certainly were not one of them. If they hadn't lied about calling and confirming with me, we wouldn't have been so annoyed with them. But they did lie and were completely unprofessional because of it. On top of that, they were raising their voices at us when we were cool and collected, trying to fix the problem. Unprofessional.

We used Eternal Wedding Studio for our wedding pictures. We ended up telling them that we didn't like some of the pictures, and asked for them to be retaken. Tony (one of the two partners and the photographer) and the manager at that time, Coco, told me that it could be done for an additional cost. The second sets of pictures came out better. However the promissed ALL DIGITAL negatives on the second set was damaged. This was found out when I was trying to develop the pictures myself (a year later). I've been trying to get in touch with them to get the negatives fix, but have been getting the run around. Apparently, b/w last year and now, they have changed all the staff (all makeup artists quitted according to the new lead makeup artist named Sammy). Not sure if this is the cause of the delay. Regardless, I only spoke to Sammy once and she assured me that she tried to do her best to get my negatives fixed per our contract agreement. 3 messages later within few weeks, Sammy never returned my call. On my second call, they actually said that the negatives were ready to be picked up. As it turned out, they weren't ready.
My advice, do not pay all full cost up front 100% in CASH as requested, they deliver their promisses to your satisfaction. Else, you will never hear from them again. Other than the run around, the pictures are descent, the price is comparable. We'll see how it goes... I may need to change the rating if they decided to not fix my negatives. In that case, I'm sure BBB and IRS would love to hear from all of us...
