This place, quite simply, sucks ass. AVOID AT ALL COST. They oversell, their dress qualities and adjustments to make the dress fit are both equally poor, they dont have a clue on what meetings and appointments are, you just go in and hope for the best. You need to see them for something? Just walk in. Want to set up an appointment? Sure, but it doesnt make a difference, they dont care if 20 people walkin at the same time. It's a pay and pray scenario, and there's no reason for anyone to use this place. You can find other cheap wedding places that wont have any worse service, ie. the service will ONLY be better or the same.

For example on the day of the wedding, first of all they had like 3 girls to take care of my bridal party and 2 other completely separate bridal parties. That's right, there were 3 brides, at the exact same time, each with a party, all having a wedding at the same day. Which means, we were standing around for a long time trying to get someone to do our hair, or do our makeup or just freaking help us in anyway possible. It's like a check out line at old navy to get anything done. We were stepping over each other, pushing each other and walking around each other the whole time.

Someone's enlarged picture frame was resting against the wall (they seem to have a pic development room downstairs) and the pic quality was pretty poor with obvious blurriness and air brushing which is standard practice for people with cheap equipments to compensate for the fact that their printer can't print with a detailed/fine setting fit for photo printing. not that it mattered anyway because everyone was constantly brushing up against it in this sardine can of a store. Regretfully, even I rubbed my dress or leg against this couple's picture (didnt belong to any of us that were currently there) more than a few time.

Everything about this place was aweful, but they are quick to take your money.
