I would DEFINITELY recommend going elsewhere. Planning a wedding isn't easy and to have them as our Wedding Planner it definitely made ours much worse. They'll smile and be nice to you but once they get your business/down payment everything goes downhill. I know this place is reasonably priced but I would rather pay more money than to go through this pain and suffering. If you are planning to go with them then I wish you luck and get everything in writing. Also they tend to overbook so be prepare to have missed appointments or cancellation from them.

The dress department service is appalling. First of all, the dept. only selects three dresses (at most) for you and claim it is all they have in your size They state that a size is "unpopular" so they don't have many dresses in that size. Fellow brides who had also used that service were size 0s, 2s, 8s and 10s. How are any of those sizes not popular ? I have been there to select dresses for outside, studio and wedding day pictures. TL has the same story each time I had to go there for a dress, which is new dresses are arriving so I should wait. However, hey "forget" to mention there is a $150 surcharge to even try on the dress let alone rent it.
They write down notes for your bridesmaids' dresses that turns out completely useless. For example, a friend had selected her bridal party dresses, informed the dress department, and then almost one month away from her wedding, finds out they forgot to book the dresses for her wedding. I have had a bridesmaid who had to go there three times because they constantly kept getting her measurements wrong.
The worst I've heard is when a friend, who needed a wedding gown for her pictures, had the dress department completely ignoring her even though there were no customers. Then when she asked for help to zip up her dress, she gv her a bitchy attitude.
TL's pictures are great but the dress experience makes the whole wedding process unnecessarily and extremely stressful.

Was part of the bridal party. I was MOH. They bitched at my friend for having too many bridesmaids (6 total) which was typical for an American wedding but not Chinese. Whatever we are pretty much ABC. We had to settle with whatever dresses they had. Which left us only one type and one color : light pink.
My friend paid extra to have them open up early so we can leave early. In the end another party showed up at opening time and the people focused the same amount of attention on them which made us leave later. There is no point to leave early.
They charge more money for the newer gowns.
