Pico is a really sweet guy but sometimes when you need a vendor you need someone who isn't just sweet. My flower though nice were not exactly what I had hoped. Though I spent a good amount of money, I have learned the hard way that you sort of get what you pay for. I appreciate Pico for being accommodating but if I had to do it over I think I would have listened to my heart and my checkbook.
