 AwfulThe lady I worked with was consistently unresponsive to my questions/concerns. On average she would take a week to get back to me. The entire process took more than three months..much longer than was repeatedly promised. The invitations were okay, but the coloring wasn't as described nor was it consistent for all of the invitations. And she still hasn't shipped part of my order even though I've paid for it weeks ago and repeatedly asked for the remainder of my order to be sent to me. So far she continues to ignore my emails. I plan on contesting the charges with my credit card. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE!!! jen&jason - 04/11/2006
 GoodI love their designs, but my invites took SOOOO long. I started the process in April and didn't receive my invites until the end of June. I was doing the custom design process, but the design I had was almost exactly the same as one of their existing designs (scroll down for pics). The person I was working with was nice and helpful, but she always took about 3-4 days to respond to my e-mails. It was very frustrating and stressful towards the end. I called them every day until they sent them to me. At least they paid for rush shipping to get them to me on time. I love the way they turned out, but the ink color was inconsistent. Some of the pieces were lighter/darker than others, but it wasn't really noticeable. I think they do good work and their pricing is reasonable, so I would recommend them, but just be sure to give yourself plenty of time for the process. We did end up getting tons of compliments on the invitations, which was nice after all that stress! Useful Links |
