Carolyn did such an awesome job with our wedding cake that the guests are still raving about it two months out!!! She listened to our requests and voila! The cake that was in our vision fully came to life on our wedding day!! Her flowers on the cake were even better than the florist's, and I also loved the florist's flowers!! The cake tasted phenomenal, and she was so easy to work with!!! I'd definitely recommend Carolyn!!!

I went for a tasting and wasn't particularly fond of the cakes. They weren't awful, but we definitely had tasted better.

Her designs are asbolutely amazing though. She has, by far, the best designs we have seen. If only, we could get her design skills with the baker we decided to go with (we liked the cake taste of the latter better).

I love desserts, and I love her passion fruit mouse cake. She’s very easy to work with. She has 2 or 3 photo books of her cakes, so it makes it easier to decide on a design. The few small details bunks her down to a B+. I had asked her to set the layers off centered, and it was not done. I had also asked her to work with the caterer to somehow raise the cake off the table, and that was not done - I’m 99% sure that the second was because the caterer forgot to give her risers, and that the cake was delivered before my DOC arrived at the venue so the caterers weren’t reminded. Not that I really cared much about these issues, but the fact is my instructions were omitted somehow. The vine design on the side of the cake were not as I expected, and I have to take responsibility for that since I can see where her design came from with the information I had provided her. My final thought on the cake was - I wonder if the price we paid for the cake was worth it. I think Carolyn's cakes are priced accordingly to the rest of the wedding cake market - but I sort of felt that the whole market was inflated. Hmmmmmn, you decide. I love desserts, so it was worth it for me. Besides, I already paid for, had, and ate my cake =P
Tip: if you want flowers on your cake, and you want it to be a particular shade of color or shape, go with silk flowers. This is especially if you are using petals, florets, or any other small flowers.
