 Awesomewe got married in august and are extremely satisfied with david & his colleague @ monster crayons. david replied to our emails quickly and completed our highlight video & dvd in a timely manner. they were professional, worked well with our other vendors & produced a quality final product. we LOVE their work! they did what we asked and were very creative. our family & friends were also impressed with our video. we've even gotten more requests to order more copies! thanks, david! swcheng - 10/27/2007
AwesomeWe worked with David and he was professional and arrived early to set up. He was very responsive to questions and kept us informed of his progress. He was able to get the highlight video (a three minute snapshot of our day) within two weeks of the wedding (which was wonderful to see), and a proof of the full video a month after our day. We supplied the music ahead of time, which helped with the turnaround time. We will be getting the final proof soon and we are very happy with what we see based on the editing comments we asked for. David has been very quick to respond and he is very accommodating. We would recommend him to anyone. MissTeah - 10/23/2007
AwfulI have a good friend who had waited over a year just to receive her DVD. It sounded like a lot of excuses were thrown her way. As a staff they are hard to get a hold of. Other brides on other boards have also said the same. All I can say is that we are looking for a videographer and Monster Crayons is not on our list! ivy - 10/04/2007
 Goodwaiting for my wedding dvd proof took longer than anticipated but the end result made up for it. david and arneil were my videographers and they did a wonderful job. one regret, i should've paid the extra $ to have them stay throughout the entire reception (the contract allows them to stay up until 1/2 an hour after the dance floor opens). it was money well spent. david made all the changes that i wanted for the final product. it was a pleasure to work with him. Awfulwe had monstercrayons video our wedding in August 2005 in Monterey. After sending us the DVD it was extremely choppy and was basically unplayable. We spoke with them and they assured us they would have it re-done and send it back to us.... 2 YEARS LATER we still do not have a wedding video, they will not return our calls or emails and we are out almost $2,000... ajchen - 06/11/2007

David was my main contact, and he was very friendly and professional - and also really responsive to all the changes I wanted to the proof. The highlight video and the rest of the DVD were awesome. AwesomeBack in Nov/Dec 2004 there were some concerns on these boards about Monster Crayons because in that timeframe they suddenly became difficult to reach and some brides were worried. It seems that this was possibly due to both logistical troubles as they moved offices and also that there may have been some family emergency. DH and I took a chance and hired them anyway and I have nothing but positive things to say about them since then and have seen only positive comments on them on these boards in the last several months. They have been very responsive to e-mails and phone calls and addressed any concerns we had. The day of the wedding, Arneil and Joe were completely unobtrusive and shot lots of footage. The fact that they don't price their packages by the hour is really nice too as we had a big gap in between our ceremony and reception. Post wedding they've been really receptive to our feedback on the proof they sent us (not all videographers give you a proof and let you make changes) and have made changes quickly. AwesomeMy videography story is that I hired a videogrpher (not recommended on the knot, but as a DJ company, email me if you would like info) and I did not like the customer service I was receiving. I finally got fed up and fired them!! I had to talk DH into this, because we lost our deposit! It was WELL worth it though!!! He even agrees!!I Loved my highlight video. People loved the love story,photo montage and highlights. They are very friendly and very professional. Great customer service!! I showed the unedited version to my girls and they loved it!
