 AwfulI rated this vendor as AWFUL because they didn't show up on my wedding and provide the service! It turned out that we had to call other vendor at so last minute to get the chair covers. Guests were all waiting and I was very upset about this. Our reception was delayed because of the replacement we needed to make. Luckily that our emcee had a back up contact for us, so we got the chair covers and the reception was able to move along. Be careful of using this vendor. Even you signed a contract and made deposit, they didn't count as you confirm to use them. I'd not recommend this vendor for anyone! Very disappointed! R. Soto - 02/07/2008
