Jeff did a great job at our reception. He has experience DJing in clubs as well as doing weddings (the club part was kind of important to me;I love to dance!). We didn't give him many responsibilities outside of playing the music (we had a bilingual MC do our intros, etc.), but he is generally very organized and has experience performing the usual DJ duties. Jeff checked in on me a few times as the wedding drew closer to ask if there were things he should know, schedule for how we wanted the events to run at the reception, etc.—very proactive, which a busy bride appreciates! He played exactly what we asked him to, avoided everything on the do not play list, and had everyone groovin? One of my friends has already decided to hire him for her wedding next year.
