These people are the reason why I don't trust buying things online. They sent me a package alright, but it wasn't even what I ordered. When I tried calling their customer service number to see why it was that I got the wrong package, I kept getting some google number answering machine, like they couldn't even afford to have their own phone line or something. Ridiculous!! regardless, I ended up getting ahold of someone after calling for a week and they told me about their "no return policy".. I saw that a lot of other people had complained about their policy but I figured they were just trying to get away with something. But no. These people straight up sent me the WRONG ITEM and then wouldn't give me what I had paid for!! Crazy!! I am leery now about buying stuff from people online. I really hope and pray their business gets shutdown HARD.

Alright look I bought some stuff from this vendor or whatever and it was terrible customer service and experience. Why do people be saying their stuff is good? Uh uh it sure isn't. I be angry when I was told that my stuff was on back order like 9 days before our wedding. That isn't even right since I ordered it a month ago. It's crap really. So at our wedding we didn't have nearly as many decorations as we wanted to and ontop of that we paid for it. Not to mention, we got married 3 weeks ago and still haven't received anything. Hows that supposed to go down exactly? There customer service number is crap. It's some google number you can never get ahold of. And don't even try e-mailing them complaining because all they do is flip the heck out on ya. I will never give crap people like this my monies again. That's right. You shouldn't either.

I have been buying stuff from different sites but never tried this one. i purchased 'A Field of Daises Wedding Album' fromt his site. It added so much to my beautiful wedding memories :) .. looks graceful and since i had a garden wedding it goes just perfectly with the theme !! I haven't tried other products yet but i am sure i wont be disappointed when i do !!

I bought (or tried to buy) a cake topper and some wedding favors for my fall wedding in September of this year. I purchased all of items equaling $142 off of the website (allforyourwedding.com). Some of the stuff I wanted was out of stock so I did not order it. However, the stuff I did order all said it was in stock but after I ordered it, I got an e-mail from the site saying the stuff was not available and that I could not have my money back due to their no refund policy. It was terrible! It was basically a huge scam!! Who "sells" stuff, doesn't have it, and then refuses to give your money back after they charge your card? I do not understand! I have not had this problem with any other website! I have used oriental trading and some other sites for my bridal party gifts and things like that and have had no problems. I refuse to ever buy anything from these "people" again. It was a terrible experience and I am doing everything on my part that I can to get my money put back onto my credit card. Shame on you, allforyourwedding.com. Terrible, terrible people/customer service/everything. I bet they don't even have wedding stuff!!!!!!!!! Please, everyone read the reviews and take the stuff into consideration!!! I should have read the reviews first but I was in a hurry! Now? I deeply regret it!!

So, I bought a cake topper from this vendor. They told me it was discontinued after I purchased it and asked me If I wanted to replace it. I said I wanted my money back instead since I saw it on another site. They told me they wouldn't return it because they have a no return, no refund policy. Now, I'm out $30, that isn't much but it's a lot for a bride on a budget. It never said discontinued on their site. I dont know what to do except warn whoever I can. Good luck!

not to mention, my card was neve declined. I had a confirmation number and everything. Even if that was true, the BBB would be all over this for talking about customers confidentiality like in previous posts on here. I'm not the first one- check out he scam artist sites. I asked for my
money back if I didn't ge my petals within 1-2 days like their rep told me. She told me no. There was no offensive language used- I know this because I was at work when the call took place. They just keep making the reviews worse because they keep lying and fighting publicly- if all I was trying to do was to commit fraud, I wouldn't be this angry.

I just wanted to respond to the last 2 posts that was from the same customer. Clearly evident in her inability to spell, or understand grammar. I am the employee who attempted to help this customer, we can only do what is physically capable of a customer to understand. She ordered back ordered petals, and accepted the back order. We never charged her card, nor did we tell her anything else than they are not in stock. She did not want to accept this. She used offensive language and our rep. still attempted to help her. She even gave her free product. The petals were shipped and she was provided a tracking number. This was still not apparently good enough, because the reality is that she was attempting fraud. We were sent a email that once she received the tracking number she called her bank to get the money and the merchandise. She attempted to ask our rep several times for the money and the petals, our rep said she can only send what she pays for, she did not pay as she stated months before her credit card was declined. So in total she has waited 5 days to get her petals, that is pretty fast shipping. We are a hard working company in business for 9 years, we attempted to help a very disturbed person, our prayers go out to her family.

I ordered rose petals from these people- they said they were in stock- then all of a sudden they weren't. it took a month of trying desperately to contact them to see when I was going to get them. now? it's been nearly 2 Mos.- I still hve no petals and my wedding is 6 days away. they told me so Many lies as far as when they were shipped and how- it was ridiculous. I've already talked to my bank and they're investigating to get my money back which they told me I will because ive given them all the emails and when I ordered it on print. the manager even tried to call me names in my emails because Shes so mad they got caught. indont recommend anyone doing business with these people- they are on a website called ripoffreport.com which shows you scam artists. they are definitely just that!!! they ruined my
wedding/reception decor. please- no one buy from them. they are absolutely terrible!!

I will give this company the highest recommendation. I got my orders for my wedding in the date they told me it would arrive. Looking forward to distribute to my guests the butterfly bliss invitations I bought with them and this small fairy mushroom figurines we will give to our guests as keepsake which I know they will surely love. This is a nice company to do business with.

I went on the site and in fifteen minutes I found the exact party favors, accessories, petals, and cake toppers that I wanted. Best news, they shipped the next day, and they were at my house three days later. Great site

I ordered wedding bulletins, was charged for them and then told that they were discontinued. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my money back, despite repeated requests for it. I did file a complaint with the BBB, but the company has yet to respond to it. Do NOT order from this company (or one of its affiliates).

I curiously went and asked what happened with this past bride, and actually had the owner on the phone. Apparently friends we had a bridezilla, yup!
She nickled and dimed this poor company down to a price that was just at cost. When the manufactured told them it could not be done they told the bride they had other choices, but it would be about .35 cents extra per favor. She chose to go irate and did not want to pay cost for the better quality item. She was offered and given a refund. She has since just tried to create trouble because she simply wanted favors at 1.10 for a 2.00 cost frame. What happens when you go in with unrealistic expectations. Anyway my story the owner took me on, and consulated on all aspects of my wedding. I purchased everything at a 20% discount, and was sent all products in a timely fashion. She was amazing. I have centerpieces, favors and petals all from her. She was even able to purchase favors that was not on her website for me at a discounted price. This story really pisses me off, these people were honest and hard working- and someone like her gives all of us bride a bad name. Kendra
