 PoorIt's a hit or miss. For the most part, the studio is falling apart and there is poor maintenance of it. The staff is pretty rude except for a few that are nice. Are there any other photographers in this area???? I don't want to give them my business although the photos turned out "okay". Mariani - 09/04/2008
PoorI'm giving this below average because I remember that I have to haggle from top to bottom. They told me to pay up front (immediately after they took the pictures), and that was my biggest mistake. Their store policy keeps changing, and they're never on time. The only good thing is that when I demanded to reshoot the pictures, they agreed to it and gave me all the slides. I paid $50-100 extra because I want to reshoot 2 gowns. Tony is descent, nothing spectacular. Unfortunately, since there aren't many better options around, I may go back to them for family pictures later on. I will bring extra reinforcement, a friend who has done many businesses with them. Amy - 08/21/2008
 AverageOur wedding's in October so we'll see how those pictures come out. Thus far, the experience has been so-so. We liked our studio pictures (we had Tony). Only certain members of their staff are helpful and have accurate information. Sammi left for some family emergency. Eunice is pretty reliable and she's taken care of everything for me so far. The rest of the staff can really only do things like copy down the numbers from the back of the pictures onto a sheet of paper so that the designer can put our album together. AverageThis place doesn\'t delivery anything on time. They promise you this and that but in the end, nothing. Tony seems to be the only photographer there and he is not a very good photographer. Does he even know how to take pictures? Don\'t be fool by them! Useful Links |
