Not very professional. Did a horrible job on our video. Had to get it revised twice. Videographer even demanded tip when our wedding day was not even over. Photos were just okay. Rental was a hassle, the dress has to be spotless when you bring it back or else they are going to get really mean. They threatened to keep our deposit for normal dirt from wear. The only good thing was their makeup. First and last experience with them.
