AverageI must say the customer service is "terrible" if you talk to the small chinese lady owner. I suggested you talk to Charlie. He has a better sense of Public relationship and his English is decent.
I agree they are too layback for work. Their working ethic is terrible. Mistakes, delays, procrastinating, etc.. Anything but efficient.
Nonetheless, I must say the photographer and makeup artist is the BEST i have ever seen. All my friends envy my pictures and they all ask me to refer them.
Basically, i think at the end of the day, the key of wedding picture is the picture itself! not the frame, the album, etc... it is the picture , dress, makeup. If you can tolerate their below average customer services, I recommend you go for the quality and artistic skill
Also, don't use the print service they have. just purchase the pictures and print it somewhere else (outside country??) for cheaper and better editing/paper quality, etc.

AwesomeMy fiance and I had a great experience at Sheraton! We were referred by my fiance's cousin. From beginning to end, Stephanie and her team made sure we were well taken care of. If there is a mistake on their end, Sheraton will definitely make it up in your favor. I can't say enough of an awesome time we had and it was bitter sweet ending.
We chose the all day half outdoors/half studio package. Make sure you get plenty of sleep the night before.

AwesomeIn 2003, I had my wedding photos taken there and overall experience is great. The quality of photos are clear and assistant to help with the posing. The albums were beautiful and high quality. The background and garden is nice.
Only things is the dress are small and not many styles. So bring your own dresses.
I spend $2500 for two days worth of photos but I bought a big package. I refer them to couples.

PoorPoor Selection of clothes. They didn't disclose clearly as to how many evening gowns, chinese trad. dress or wedding dress that I can get. The finished album is not as I expected. The material is combination and I hate it. I wanted the same material on every page of the album. The album looks cheesy to me. Anyway, they gave discounts on the frame but they tricked me on paying another extra $100 to get my "included in the package" enlargement. The lady owner told me that the enlargment included in the package is printed on regular paper water proofed -- that's it. How are we supposed to keep that wedding picture for a long time if it was not printed on canvas. Anyways. if you are interested to take pictures there, ask as many questions as you can before you finally decide to go with them. And 1 other thing is about the date that they told you when the album going to be ready. You better tell them that you need to have the album ready 1 month before the wedding because you are having the wedding out of the country. If not, they will delay until the week before the wedding date. At that last minute, you can't really do any edits if the album or enlargements is not what you want.
