Ask for Nancy. Her assistants do not have a fraction of her expertise. I live in the San Francisco Bay area and had looked at nearly all the bridal salons up here, searching for months. Every dress I found I liked part of it but not another part or it was not made of the fabric I wanted, the price was too high, the list goes on. I was running out of time.

I had almost given up by the time I went to visit Nancy at 2000 Dreams. She greeted me immediately when I walked in the door. She asked me what I was looking for. I gave her a description of the dress I had in mind and within 2 minutes she had brought out THREE dresses that I absolutely loved! I could not believe it. And amazingly, they were the cheapest dresses I had ever tried on. I didn't have to pay for hemming also b/c my Casablanca dress came with a free hem to hollow lengthening.

I'm sure knowing what I wanted in my wedding dress helped in my positive experience.

On top of that, she offers you a free tiara and veil with your dress. Also she ended up renting the petticoat for free too. Oh I should not forget the free bustling.

I got my dress in 3.5 months, pretty much exactly how long she said it would take. I compared prices in the area, no one could beat her and they weren't even offering free tiara/veil. Actually I did find one place that said they could beat her price but they could not include the free tiara/veil (which would cost more than what they could beat her by) and I had read consistent bad reviews about that place in Westminster so I decided not to go with them.

When I got my dress, it fit perfectly. I did not need any alterations AT ALL. She kept the dress to bustle it.

Then I came to pick up the dress 3 days before my wedding. I had lost a lot of weight due to stress of wedding planning. It was the middle of prom season and they were turning away jobs to alter for high school girls b/c they were so busy and they still altered my dress in time for me. They had a lot of beading to remove for my alteration as well. The dress fit perfectly and it was the dress of my dreams on my wedding day. I LOVED wearing it and got lots of compliments for it.

Her prices are so good that if you know what dress you want, it would definitely be worth your time to call her to get a price quote. Chances are she can order a dress for you even if she doesn't have that exact dress in her store.
